Gymnastics is a sport in which systematic sequences of physical exercises where the athletes put to the test their corporal skills such as: strength and elasticity.

This sport discipline is very demanding and requires the gymnast to be in excellent physical conditions.

It is a gymnastic modality that is practiced with several devices, like the colt or gymnastic rings, or without them over a surface or reglementary measurements.

A gymnast, either male or female, must have special conditions when it comes to flexibility, mobility, strength and muscle coordination.

Before starting, the gymnast must present their routine to be presented. The rate of difficulty will be validated by two judges. Afterwards, six more judges will qualify, from a scale of 1 to 10, diverse aspects of the execution and will be punishing and discounting points by mistakes, falls, and failures in the technique or in the composition.
