In the Medalists Hall of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee, coinciding with the first day of competitions, the meeting of Heads of Missions was held today, where, among other issues, the creation of an Athletes' Commission was discussed, for which candidates were presented to preside it.  
Finally, those present were invited to attend the Inaugural Ceremony to be held today, Saturday, October 1st at 8:00 p.m. at the Defensores del Chaco Stadium.  

The representatives of the 15 countries that make up the South American Sports Organization (ODESUR), Argentina, Aruba, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Curacao, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela, are participating in the daily meetings.
