This morning the training for the volunteers who will be part of the largest sports festival that will take place in our country, the XII South American Games Asunción 2022, ended.

In search of attracting 4,500 volunteers for the ASU2022 Games, after several months of a recruitment and training campaign, registrations closed with more than 9,000 people registered, far exceeding initial expectations.

Young people and adults responded to the call to hold this event that will mean a before and after in terms of sports in our country. It should be noted that although the general training has ended, registration continues for volunteers from Encarnación and San Juan del Paraná, cities that will host the disciplines of Sailing, Triathlon, Open Water Swimming, Water Skiing and MTB Cycling, respectively.

The volunteers are the heart of the Games and, therefore, the great reception of these people means a great boost so that this historic event can be carried out in the best way.
