50 days before the start of the XII South American Games Asunción 2022, at the Cinemark in Paseo La Galería, the slogan "El Sueño de Todos" was launched, as well as the spot and the official song of the event continental multidisciplinary event to be held in our country between October 1 and 15 of this year.

The emotional day was attended by the Minister Secretary of Sports and President of the Organizing Committee of the ASU2022 Games, Diego Galeano Harrison; the president of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee (COP), member of the International Olympic Committee and president of ODESUR, Camilo Pérez López Moreira, ministers of the Executive Power, national athletes, members of the ODESUR Monitoring Commission, artists and special guests.

 
“50 days after the appointment that our country has with the history of continental sports and especially with its own; For those of us who have lived the sport from within, from the fields, from the outside, from the leadership, from the companies that always bet on our teams, for all of us, the arrival of the Asu2022 makes many dreams come true, THE DREAM OF TODOS is more and more real”, said Galeano, head of the sports portfolio.

Likewise, the president of the South American Sports Organization and the Paraguayan Olympic Committee, Camilo Pérez, pointed out in a few words the emotion of turning the dream into reality and showing Paraguay as an important epicenter for continental sports. "Asunción 2022, South American Capital of Sports," said the sports leader forcefully.

 
The presentation of the slogan "El Sueño de Todos" represents the illusion of the athletes in achieving a final, in breaking a record or in giving a medal to the country and to the family. In harmony with the athlete's dream, there are the dreams of the family, the coaches, the delegations, the architects, engineers and foremen who worked day and night on the sports stages, also the dreams of the organizers and of all a country that dreams of medals and more world-class events like this one.

The Official Song of the Games was also presented exclusively on the occasion, by the national group Kchiporros, with the production of Mauricio Román and the collaboration of different national bands such as Tierra Adentro, Néstor Lo y los Caminantes, Milkshake, Kaese, and Caja Blanda, with contributions and cooperation from prominent local musicians such as Mauricio Román on bass and drums, Bruno Méndez and Luis Duarte on guitars and Maxi Bonin on keyboards.

The catchy song, which promises to be a hit in a few days, features the H2O orchestra with the following formation: violin: Esther López, cello: Miguel Aveiro, traverse flute Juan Gerardo Ayala and the world-renowned sound of the Water Harp, charge of the outstanding musician Víctor Espínola.

In this regard, Chirola Ruiz Diaz, vocalist of Kchiporros, explained what the process of creating the official song was, and all the way traveled to conceive this musical legacy that will become the anthem of these Games, which, as its name he says, is everyone's “High Dream”.

 
The XII South American Games ASU2022 will be held in our country from the 1st. to October 15, and will have the participation of 15 ODESUR member countries, which will compete in 34 sports and 53 sports disciplines.

For this multi-sport party, the presence of 7,000 athletes is expected, including officials and technical delegations.
