The organization of the XII South American Games Asunción 2022 successfully concluded its first week of presence at the Expo Feria Mariano Roque Alonso.

With the aim of presenting different sports disciplines that will be part of the Games and attracting new volunteers, Stand ASU2022 started on Saturday, July 9. Visitors to the Expo Fair had the opportunity to learn more about this historic event that will take place in our country and will host more than 7,000 international athletes and officials.

The space was conducive for the young athletes of the Sports Schools of the National Sports Secretariat (SND), together with the teachers of their respective disciplines, to carry out sports exhibitions as an attraction for the public present, in addition to the outstanding presence of the athletes of the Sports Elite.

Sports such as Basketball, Table Tennis, Artistic Gymnastics, Tennis, Boxing, Handball, Figure Skating, among others, have already been presented. Stand ASU2022 works as a volunteer recruitment point.

People were informed about this international multi-sport event and about the possibility of joining it through the Volunteer Program. Also, the number 1 athlete and official representative of the ASU2022 Games, Tiríka, participates in this space, encouraging and inviting the public to come closer and learn more about this unprecedented event for our country.

The ASU2022 Stand will continue until the end of the Expo Fair, on July 24, the date on which it will make a presentation in the central arena.
